Booking & Payments

To confirm your booking, simply review the itinerary and quotation provided by our team and complete the required deposit payment. Once the deposit is received, we will officially secure all services for your trip.

A deposit of around 30-40% of the total tour cost is typically required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance can be paid before arrival or upon arrival in Vietnam in cash, depending on the agreement with our travel consultant.

We accept several convenient payment methods including bank transfer, credit/debit card, and secure online payment links (ONEPAY system). Our team will provide detailed instructions once the booking is confirmed.

 

A 3% service fee applies when payments are made through our Online Payment Gateway (OnePay) or via POS machine.

For bank transfers, a fee of USD 30 per transaction will be applied, and guests are responsible for any charges imposed by the sending bank.

Yes, the remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival if previously arranged with our team. We accept major currencies such as USD (series from 2013, no torn) or Vietnamese Dong.

When paying by credit card, the transaction will usually be processed in USD or VND, and your bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency based on their exchange rate.
